1.About These Terms

  • festival planning and operational development

You must not, without prior written approval from the AFA:

  • modify Website Content and present it as official AFA material
  • use the Website Content in paid training, consulting or commercial products

5.Not Professional Advice

The AFA is making the Website Content available to you without assuming a duty of care to you.

You must not use the Website Content in a way that:

The AFA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website.

The Website Content may be updated, amended, suspended or removed at any time without notice at AFA's sole discretion.

AFA will not be liable if for any reason the Website or the Website Content, is unavailable at any time or for any period.

The AFA may update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion.

16.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts and waives any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those courts.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severable from the balance of these Terms and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
